MAC offers three membership tiers. Peak starts at $18 bi-weekly on a 12-month agreement. Legacy is $32 bi-weekly on a 12-month agreement. Diamond, our most complete tier, is $47 bi-weekly with no contract required. Compare all three.

There is no enrollment fee on any tier. Peak and Legacy memberships include a $29 maintenance fee billed twice a year, in February and August. Diamond has no maintenance fee and includes Kidz Club for up to 2 kids.

Peak is facility access: weight floor, functional room, basketball, racquetball, saunas, and locker rooms. Legacy adds unlimited group fitness classes, unlimited tanning, and monthly InBody health analysis. Diamond adds 4 recovery sessions per month (cryotherapy, red light, infrared sauna, or compression), a daily buddy pass, Kidz Club, and towel service. Diamond is also the only tier with no contract and no maintenance fee.

Diamond members can cancel at any time with no penalty. It's month-to-month. Peak and Legacy memberships are 12-month agreements. Please contact our front desk or email us for details on early termination terms for contract memberships.

Bi-weekly means you are billed every two weeks rather than monthly. Peak is $18, Legacy is $32, and Diamond is $47 per billing cycle.

Yes. You can move up a tier or add class access at any time. Just ask at the front desk.

MAC is open Monday through Friday 4:30am to 10:00pm, Saturday 6:00am to 6:00pm, and Sunday 6:00am to 6:00pm.

MAC's recovery studio includes whole-body cryotherapy, localized cryotherapy, infrared therapy, red light therapy, and NormaTec compression therapy. A separate red light infrared sauna is also in the recovery studio. Diamond members receive 4 complimentary recovery sessions per month. Additional sessions are available as add-ons for all members. Yes. Unlimited group fitness classes are included with Legacy and Diamond memberships. MAC offers 200+ classes per month covering cycling, HIIT, yoga, Zumba, strength training, and functional fitness. Peak members can upgrade to include class access. Browse classes.

Yes. MAC has an on-site smoothie bar operated by a dedicated nutrition partner. Custom blends, protein shakes, and post-workout nutrition options are available daily to all members.

Yes. The full-size basketball court and both racquetball courts are included with every membership tier and are open daily during club hours.

Yes. MAC has ample free parking directly at the facility at 710 Memorial Blvd, Suite 120, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.

Yes. Every new MAC member receives one complimentary personal training session with a certified trainer. This session includes a movement assessment and goal consultation. No strings attached.

MAC's Kidz Club accepts children ages 6 months through 12 years. Kidz Club is a drop-in, screen-free play space run by CPR-certified, background-checked staff. It's included with Diamond membership for up to 2 kids, and additional kids are $9 bi-weekly each. Sessions are up to 2 hours per visit and parents must remain on MAC premises at all times. Yes. The entire MAC staff is CPR certified, including the front desk team, personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and every member of the Kidz Club team.

No advance booking required. Kidz Club is drop-in. Simply check in your child at the Kidz Club desk when you arrive and go get your workout in.

Pick a day and time on our Book a Tour page. It takes under a minute. Tours are free, last about 30 minutes, and run seven days a week.

Diamond members receive a daily buddy pass. Guests of other members and visitors on a tour are welcome; check in at the front desk when you arrive.

Comfortable workout clothes, closed-toe athletic shoes, and a water bottle. Lockers and showers are available. Diamond members also get towel service.
